Glamere provides nationwide shipping across the US! All products are shipped in 5-7 business days after 2 business days processing(not shipped in 2 business days)
You will receive your tracking number on or before the 5th business day. All orders placed after 6:30pm Eastern Standard are considered placed the next business day. for any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Return & Exchange Policy
Every Glamere Hair product comes with a 30 day warranty! When you get your hair please inspect your product for anything abnormal, as we give you 3 business days for an exchange. After install our premium hair comes with a 30 day warranty granted you get a professional installation, and follow the steps on my Hair Care section.
Glamere Makeup Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours, take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to INFO@GLAMEREHAIR.COM explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the situation, we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) and the processes we take to get your item(s) replaced. In order for us to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY

If you are not completely happy with your Glamere Hair before it is installed, we will refund your purchase if the bundle is unopened and the hair is in its original condition. Just call us: 1-855-GLAMERE. If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.
